Addendum
This house more than doubled in size in 2011 thanks to the
addition of a large extension in addition to integrating a
garage.

All the windows, the exterior siding (shingle) and the roof
were changed and redone in 2011. the same year, a French
drain and a waterproofing membrane were installed along all
